Principal Accountabilities:


  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls.
  • Manage CEO diaries and organise meetings and appointments.
  • Remind the CEO and senior managers of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with suppliers including raising purchase orders, processing payments, and ensuring service delivery
  • Right-hand person to the CEO
  • Complete any other tasks as the employer may deem necessary.



Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:


  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • A ‘can –do’ attitude with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking. A pro-active, positive thinking, commercially minded approach with the ability to work at pace.
