The individual must be well organised with the ability to stick to deadlines. They must be self-motivated and take pride in their work.

**Graphic Design**
- Create compelling visuals and creative materials to assist with brand awareness for both sales and marketing purposes
- Translate the brand experience we’ve developed into digital/print representation

**Social Media**
- Managing multiple social media accounts
- Creating content to share across social media
- Creating targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
- Develop low-cost, high-impact social media initiatives that help build audience, promote brand and drive engagement, as well as paid social campaigns when needed
- Outreaching with bloggers and social influencers to develop relationships to promote the company’s services and relevant offerings or create awareness for critical content.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
- Analysis and reporting on activities across all platforms, including use of statistical analysis tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics etc.)

- Adaptable: Willing to change tasks dependent on the needs of the business
- Passion: A passion for branding, communication and design
- Team mentality: You’ll be a team player

**Qualifications and experience**:

- 3+ years experience in social media management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands on experience designing and creating print and digital brochures
- Strong writing and communication skills (including copywriting)
- Be both creative and analytical
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
- The ability to work efficiently across cross-functional teams
- Thrives working in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
