Job Title: Social Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Manager to join our team and help drive our social media presence forward. As a Social Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry
  • Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement
  • Lead the social team to achieve the Marketing team's goals while coaching and developing the team of two to develop in their individual careers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in growing social media followers and driving engagement across multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance
  • Leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members
