Job Title: Social Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Manager to join our team. As a Social Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance and improve engagement.
  • Lead the social team to achieve marketing goals and coach and develop team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in growing social media followers and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
