Social Media Strategist

Job Title: Social ManagerWe're seeking a highly skilled Social Manager to join our team. As a Social Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing strategic content, and fostering community engagement to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
- Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Proven experience in growing social media followers and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge in how to grow all platforms (including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Leadership skills to lead the social team to achieve the Marketing team's goals while coaching and developing the team of two to develop in their individual careers.
- A collaborative, creative, and inspiring working environment.
- A competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus a quarterly bonus (All win together lose together).
- Early Finish Fridays: Finish at 4 every Friday but be paid until 6.
- Onsite chef providing delicious and FREE fresh food cooked daily.
- Confident and leading by example with a strong work ethic.
- Heavily involved with the day-to-day of the social team and individuals' development.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a creative approach.
- Accountability for performance of socials and team.
- High level of care towards work and accountability.
- Takes feedback positively and adjusts performance based on feedback.
- Prepared to take risks and bring knowledge and experience to the team.
