As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products/services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and order status updates
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of financial services and products to assist customers with financial inquiries
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing orders and maintaining customer records
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,882.26 per year
