Fixture management
- Regularly check and update fixtures schedules for various sports teams. Liaise with club captains to confirm matches and mitigate any issues or double bookings.

Sport Season Organising

Sporting Events
- Assist in the planning and execution of sporting events including tournaments and summer football leagues.
- Coordinate logistics for sporting events; venue set up, equipment preparation, timings and team registration.

Operations / Reception
- Greet customers as they arrive, provide a friendly reception, giving directions and answer queries they might have.
- Check in sports bookings as they arrive, manage the pitches and ensure bookings know where they are going and are on the right pitches.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Studying a sport management or similar degree / course.
- Strong interest in sports organisations and knowledge of sports regulations and terminology is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate sports events and activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
