Based in or around Basingstoke or Bristol, with travel across the relevant rail networks as required. You require to have a Full UK Licence with access to your own vehicle with no more than 6 points.

**Background**

First Travel Solutions is a dynamic growing business suppling managed transport services to a range of corporate business across the UK and in France. Our clients include major airlines, global retailers, travel management companies and rail companies. In addition, the Company provides services at major cultural and sporting events and conferences.

We deliver our services through a diverse supply chain of over 1600 bus, coach and taxi suppliers and over 200 casual Coordinators who provide assistance and supervision on the ground.

**Purpose of Role**

The principal objective of the role is to support our casual Coordinator to further enhance the quality of our operation across our rail networks (Avanti West Coast, TransPennine, South Western Railway and Great Western Railway).

The remit is to continuously enhance the skills and abilities of Coordinators through observation, coaching and training in order to achieve optimal service levels in line with or exceeding our client KPI's and SLA's and their expectations around quality.

The position will require engaging remote-based employees and engaging with multiple key stakeholders.

Your performance will be measured against ensuring our Coordinators meet the quality and compliance standards required by FTS and our clients.

**Skills**

Ideally you should be Degree educated, or equivalent.

You must be agile and able to respond to changing markets and client requirements, comfortable and confident working with the FTS team, able to align with and understand clients' requirement, whilst delivering a high-quality service for our clients and a good employee experience for our Coordinators.

You will be able to establish good working relationships with key stakeholders within FTS and with our clients.

You will be a proven team player with an ability to lead and motivate your colleagues, and with an ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a broad range of departments and functions.

**Experience**

Ideally you should have held either a management or supervisory role at a similar level in a similar dynamic business and have experience of engaging a large field-based team of employees.
