Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Lead Proposal Coordinator to join The Recruitment Group, a dynamic consultancy dedicated to assisting clients in developing improved, sustainable environments for communities to thrive.

We seek an inquisitive and assertive self-starter who has the potential to become an integral member of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the proposal process.
  • Conduct research and compile inputs from various stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage the proposal schedule to ensure team members adhere to the timeline, meet all deadlines, and ensure compliance and commercial viability of submissions.
  • Review proposal documents and consolidate previous relevant submissions and best-practice responses.
  • Edit and proofread colleagues' proposal documents, ensuring each submission contains the necessary information for a successful outcome, with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation.
  • Prepare client presentations and capability statements.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in delivering high-quality proposal submissions within a fast-paced B2B professional services setting.
  • Proven track record in producing and coordinating proposal responses, drafting documents, and preparing submissions for both public and private sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
  • APMP Certification is advantageous.
