We are currently recruiting for our client based in West Swindon,
To provide service support to customers on a temporary, full time basis Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
This role will start on the 20th February and end on the 10th March.
Key tasks
To log faults in service management system
To allocate service calls to service engineers via our service management system
To place orders for parts required to carryout service call
To liaise and follow up with Technical Support in relation to escalations
Skills and experience
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident in receiving and making telephone calls from and to customers and collegues
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and service management systems
Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
Ability to use common sense and initiative to resolve issues
Willing to help others
