**Job role**: Customer Service Administrator
**Location**:Bolton
**Salary**: £21,000-£23,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established Manufacturing and Retail Business based in Bolton since 1976.
We are looking for someone who will provide an excellent service to our clients customers, develop and maintain positive working relationships. Facilitate sales order processing. Identify issues with orders and resolve all customer queries prior to the order being confirmed and sent to Production.
**What does the role involve?**
- Inputting customers orders into the database correctly
- Liaise with the Installation Department to obtain install
- Produce customer quotations as and when required
- Provide sales support assistance to the Area Account Managers
- Keep up to date with product developments and communicate this to the customer when required
- Communicate with all departments to ensure queries are resolved quickly
- Any other duties required by management.
**Who would be the right fit?**
- Strong administrative skills (Desirable)
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills
- Someone who is proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work individually on own initiative but also be a good team member
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
