We are a family run business holding two companies Ecoheat Northwest (Plumbing and Heating) and Belpro Limited (Building, maintenance and property development). You will be responsible for the administration and customer services of both businesses.

You must be organised and work accurately within a paperless environment. In return, you will be provided with opportunities to feel empowered and valued within the workplace. You will work in a comfortable Office environment and provided support and guidance where applicable.

Demonstrating strong administration skills using Mac & Microsoft programs with ease.

Being highly organised and adapting quickly to service changes.

Booking in works for Customers accurately using multiple platforms including the CRM to support your workflow

Completing invoicing and quotation tasks accuratley and ordering materials following training and working closely with others

Managing your schedule of works independently with a view of team working and lone work when scheduled

Complete any other administrative tasks required to support the businesses

**Other Information**

You will lone work with out of Office support dependant on your shift pattern. All training will be provided inline with the role, however you must meet the role requirements.

Yearly bonuses are provided based on performance.

**Work Pattern**

**Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm**

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative: 3 years (required)
