**Customer Service Representative**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in financial services and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: £27,000.00-£350,000.00 per year
