An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing Chartered Practice as a Practice Administrator, working in the vibrant City of London area.

You will be working as part of the team at this highly respected Chartered Partner Practice, an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
The Partnership provides bespoke financial advice and services to business owners, professionals, and their families in the High Net Worth space.

Our client requires a Practice Administrator to support an outstanding team that are fully focussed on assisting Clients who have complex financial planning needs, ensuring their investments and savings work hard, helping them to achieve their financialgoals.
You will be supporting the wider Practice in case management including production & analysis of business submissions and preparation of meeting packs.

A background in financial administration would be ideal for this role.
**The Role: Practice Administrator**
- You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
- You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
- You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software
- You will need to ensure that business is processed accurately and meets compliance guidelines at all times
- Tasks must be completed within strict timeframes, so you will need to be organised and able to prioritise your workload

**The Person: Practice Administrator**

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style.
- Ideally you will have been working in Financial Services and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
- You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
- Ideally, you have used the CRM Salesforce
- You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
- It is essential that as a Practice Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
- A relevant qualification or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential
- Training and support will be provided as appropriate to execute your responsibilities, but also to develop your knowledge about a wide range of wealth management products & aspects._
