**Position**:
This role is part time - 15 hours per week. Whilst some flexibility can be given to the working hours, these must cover Thursday and Friday each week.

**Role Purpose**
- Provide exceptional levels of support to the business and investors.
- To process all incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to all service level agreements.
- To ensure that client & fund documentation is dispatched in line with relevant deadlines.
- To ensure that all documentation is scanned, indexed and distributed within the document Rmanagement system.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports and sending these to the associated stakeholder(s).
- Managing the incoming and outgoing post, including recorded delivery and courier deliveries/collections.
- Distributing and maintaining documents via the document management system.
- Reprinting and posting statements, tax vouchers and stock transfer confirmations.
- Sending literature requests and documents to external clients.
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person, and making them feel welcome (including providing refreshments).
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor book and the Investor Support diary, and issuing visitor passes.
- Maintaining a safe and clean reception area ensuring that this area always portrays the professional image of the company.
- Receiving incoming deliveries of equipment and sign for postal items - liaising with the appropriate members of staff for the delivery of the items and ensuring they reach their desired destination.
- Archiving - both sending and retrieving files from off site.

- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C (must include Mathematics and English)
