We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Bridgwater. As an Operations Administrator your role will be to support the Operations Team with all admin, health & safety related and some purchasing tasks, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of all customer orders.

Key duties and responsibilities...
- Creation of, and updating RAMS on a regular basis, including site-specific documents
- Allocating and overseeing staff H&S training, including toolbox talks
- Overseeing subcontractor vetting, including maintenance of subcontractor records
- Maintaining company Vehicle checks
- Maintaining stock levels in line with company requirements
- Maintenance of company accreditation schemes
- Creation of project documents and files
- Handling of customer accounts

**Requirements**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic and with the determination to deliver excellent customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident personality with good and friendly communication skills
- Exceptional time management, ability to manage own workload within deadlines and cope under pressure
- A desire to challenge the status quo for a better working environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and programmes
