Project Administrator required to provide admin support to the project team ar HPC for an immediate start.

Deliverables to be achieved during duration of contract:
To work as a team with the Project Engineers, Managers & site staff, ordering PPE & stores, co-ordinate training, collating hours, onboarding of new staff. Uploading of documents and document control
**Milestones to be accomplished**:
Milestones to be in line with the key delivery dates detailed in Central Project Delivery project programme. Ensuring all inputs & data are provided to the project teams on a weekly & monthly basis.
Nature and Scope: - The post holder will be an integral part of the team responsible for supporting the project. Assisting the Project Managers and Field Staff you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to clients.

- Previous experience as an Administrator/Document controller
- Be able to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- MS Office
**Essential Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team
- Willingness to work on their own initiative for allocated tasks
- Proficient level of PC literacy, with the ability to learn and use a variety of systems. (MS packages primarily)
- A knowledge of Sharepoint, ProjectWise would be an advantage
- Team working - The drive and ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve shared goals
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to build good working relationships with other staff and other teams within UK Power Networks Services and external Partners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, HPC experience
