**Contract Administrator**
**6 month contract**
**Hinkley Point Power Station TA5 1UD**
**Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs)**:
- Maintain contractual case files with supporting documents, correspondence, and timeline of events.
- Track and follow up on all correspondences and contractual notifications both upstream and downstream (with particular emphasis on input required from sub-contractors).
- Maintain a current register of all contractual changes i.e. variation orders and claims both upstream and downstream (with particular emphasis on input required from sub-contractors).
- Attend commercial meetings including preparing presentations, issuing the minutes, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Setting up and leading commercial / operational meetings with Sub-contractors.
- Liaising with site team to coordinate information required from Sub-contractors.
- Be the single point of contract for Sub-contractors.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree with Commercial / Construction experience
- Project contract administrator experience (preferably at least 5 years)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- May have to work with different time zones
- Reliable, consistent, persistent, and meticulous
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Treats confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent computer skills, MS Power Point, MS Word and Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: From £20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
