Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a permanent **Operations Administrator **based in **Bridgwater, Somerset**. Joining a market leader with excellent career development prospects. The role will combine supporting the Directors with the daily operational administration, tasks, and reports. Attending meetings, supporting field-based representatives with the operations internally, supporting the internal departments, and communicating between them.

The working hours are either **8.00am-5.00pm **or a variation of **9.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. **The annual salary is **Circa £30,000 PA.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations administration, including reports, updates, and communication across departments.
- Supporting the Directors with the operations across various departments in the business.
- Preparing documentation for sales personnel and Directors.
- Supporting the engineers who are field based with administration and various tasks as required to run the business effectively.
- Supporting the writing and producing of well-presented quotations, proposals, and bids.
- Effectively managing time and resources to maximise the return from daily activities.
- Attendance and participation at all relevant meetings.
- Collaborating well with other staff and managers.
- Upholding company values and ethos.
