Invoice Finance Broker

ABC Finance Limited is looking for a talented and self-motivated invoice finance broker to join our growing team. Our ideal applicant will have strong experience in financial service sales, excellent objection-handling skills and strong knowledge of the current invoice finance market.
The ideal applicant will combine their strong knowledge, skills and drive with a consistent flow of strong enquiries to achieve strong sales figures.

**The responsibilities for the role**:
- Handle incoming enquiries effectively to maximise conversion
- Meet or exceed your KPIs and targets
- Work ethically, compliantly and within company policies at all times

- Strong financial services sales or invoice finance experience
- An ability and willingness to adapt to new working practices in a growing company
As a business, we handle all types of property finance including invoice finance, commercial mortgages, development finance, bridging loans, business loans, asset finance and secured loans.
Your role would see you specialise in invoice finance, passing referrals for other products to colleagues and receiving referrals back in return.
In this role, you will have a consistently strong volume of high quality enquiries assigned to you each week and will be expected to engage with the clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
This role comes with a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) and a generous bonus scheme which can see your earnings dramatically increase. Your performance, competence and bonus will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators including compliance, customer satisfaction and performance against financial targets.
