The Opportunity: Contracts Coordinator

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock

**The Impact you will have**:

- 24 hours turnaround for loading equipment onto system to start off the contract and invoicing the customer following delivery
- Scan all contract information onto system and ensure original contracts are locked in relevant cabinets
- Liaise with Sales and Legal regarding any contract amendments an update system
- Deal with all equipment collections, booking transport and off hiring in system, by liaising with relevant people and Departments
- Liaise with Finance companies when Finance comes to an end to buy back and transfer to our fleet
- Ensure that data is accurately inputted on reports and recorded correctly
- Produce monthly invoices for specific customers
- Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve queries
- Arrange for any vehicle requiring road fund license to be taxed accordingly

- Computer literacy including Microsoft office packages
- Communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Organisational and methodical skills
