Accounts Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our Finance team and join our enthusiastic team.
**SUMMARY**:
Accounts administration experience, excellent communication skills and can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure and as a team player with a continual passion for the product. Would suit someone with experience in a Finance team.
**DUTIES**:
- Administrative support to the Finance team.
- Customer service support for accounts queries.
- Process all purchase ledger invoices.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and balances.
- Monthly creditor payments/ad hoc supplier payments.
- Create intercompany recharge and experience sales invoices.
- Process monthly expense claims.
- Bank reconciliations, bank accounts, PayPal and petty cash.
- Credit control including monthly customer statements; reminder letters; process customer receipts
- Provide cover and support for the staff within the Accounts department.
**KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- Experience in the automotive industry preferable.
- Experience in Accounts team essential.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
