About the Role:
- Lead a team of administrators, providing support to client-facing teams and external clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality administrative and office management support.
- Develop and implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency of business support functions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading administrative teams and driving efficiency.
- Strong understanding of service delivery in a financial services organisation.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including annual leave purchase scheme, health and wellbeing initiatives, career progression opportunities, and agile working.
