Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Stratford Upon Avon. This exciting opportunity combines sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities, offering a unique blend of challenges and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries and following up on leads to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reception and Administration:
    • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that sets the tone for a positive customer experience.
    • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments with ease and efficiency.
    • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
    • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, requiring strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • An interest in Sales is essential, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential, highlighting the importance of adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • A strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems is desirable.
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 + Bonus, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a stable and rewarding career.
