**About the Opportunity:**

SF Recruitment (Birmingham) is looking for a Multifaceted Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys variety and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
Reception & Administration:
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome, and manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, supporting other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, reception, or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.

**Salary & Benefits:** £25,000 + Bonus

This role requires working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.
