**About the role**:
Our Finance Division is excited to share the excellent opportunity for two professionals to join us as Accounts Receivable (AR) Control Administrators.

The thriving Accounts Receivable team at NFU Mutual delivers seamless service to both internal and external customers by providing timely, regulatory-compliant advice in response to account payment queries. This ensures robust financial control and reconciliation, mitigating bad debt and claims risk. By delivering exceptional customer service, the team not only supports financial stability but also helps retain business.

As an AR Control Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and offering guidance on account payment queries, as well as taking action on defaulted customer accounts in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will proactively manage and record account-related activities in line with SLAs and approved financial authority limits, using information from inbound and outbound calls from both internal and external customers to minimise financial loss.

Your role will involve collating, checking, and validating incoming and outgoing customer account-related documentation, processing it accurately within limits of authority and following company policies and procedures. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to handling calls from both internal and external customers, ensuring their issues are resolved effectively.

Additionally, you will provide information to support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and breaches, contributing to the resolution of regulated complaints in collaboration with our Agents, Underwriters, and Claims, in accordance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**About you**:
We’re seeking professionals who excel in communication with both customers and colleagues, and who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

You will be able to demonstrate your strong experience providing excellent customer service whilst working towards strict targets and deadlines. Your experience will ideally come from an office environment and prior experience within a role requiring a lot of telephone call handling would also be seem as advantageous. You will also possess the ability to quickly assimilate data and will be particularly confident with handling different sets of numerical information.

The role would suit you if you are very organised and process driven, with the ability to manage your time effectively and multi-task whilst at the same time having the adaptability to respond to changing demands and team support requirements.
