You will be joining the team at an exciting time of service development.

As a team we work closely with clinical colleagues within a large acute trust and within the wider organisation to deliver safe, high-quality care through education, clinical support and audit.

We are looking for 2 WTE band 6 team members to realise their full potential in our education service by creating a caring and supportive environment where collaborative working is encouraged.

We are looking for applicants who have a passion for ensuring that quality standards are complied with & are able to put in place measures for improvement where necessary, by advising & motivating staff.

The successful applicant will help develop, facilitate, deliver and evaluate a range of multi-professional programmes & teaching sessions, to improve the quality of the patient experience, in accordance with a range of national objectives & organisational goals.

**Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
