- Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting departments.
- Prepare reports on payroll operations and expenses.
- Manage record keeping for all payroll activities.
- Regularly review systems and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about payroll regulations and best practices in the Not for Profit and Charities sector.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of general accounting principles.
- Experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Available to work in Bradford
