Accounts and Payroll Administrator

**Accounts and Payroll Administrator, Bradford, West Yorkshire**
**PERMANENT position Full Time Monday to Friday (Part Time hours considered)**
**Salary dependent on Experience**

Our client who is a (SME) engineering company based in Bradford, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for a permanent position.
**Duties include**:
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Bank reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices, providing weekly/monthly payment run information.
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the operations teams.
- Credit control (overseeing) with Finance Assistant. Monitor customer payment tracking.
- Dealing with HMRC for VAT, PAYE, returns.
- Purchase invoice processing and coding (to nominal and to project)
- Purchase invoice checking and obtaining of approval from Project Managers on a timely basis
- Processing weekly payroll and monthly salaries, including Full Payment Submission, and Nest Pension reporting.
- Posting payroll costs to the job-costing module.
- Posting materials usage to job-costing module
- Booking of accommodation for employees and advising expenses requiring payment to me to pay.
**Hours**:
8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday (PART TIME HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED)
**Salary**: Dependent on Experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
