**Responsibilities**
- Support Operate production within a traffic responsibility area with high quality and at lowest possible cost
- Support to maintain team spirit within your peers and ensure good cooperation with other DHL departments and functions
- Provide quality work together with other functions within DHL Freight and suppliers according to set KPI;s
- Support to Coordinate, optimize and manage traffic within the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with contracted subcontractors and other departments, both domestically and abroad
- Support to Analyze and improve traffic in collaboration with Trade Lane Managers
- Support the communication of imbalances and volume needs

**Profile**
- Good organisational, IT and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of transport business, product and processes desirable but not compulsory
- Business acumen
- Experience in cost control and management desirable but not compulsory
- Good communication skills both individually and in front of the group
- Be aware of Health and Safety standards, along with a high understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.
- Have a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.
