**Role summary**
Reporting to the Briggs Group Compliance Officer you will be responsible for maintaining the regulatory compliance of Engineers CTD across the Depots, arranging ongoing training, maintaining records and following up to ensure all Engineers are compliant to work in the industry.
**Principle accountabilities**
- Organise training courses, in line with Statutory requirements
- Ensuring all paperwork has been accepted
- Ensure accurate record keeping and filing of compliance documentation as required
- To follow up to completion any compliance work
- Give support and clear direction relating to our statutory obligations (such as guidance following non-compliant inspection results)
- Keep abreast of legislation changes to ensure Compliance
- Supporting a busy Service Department

- Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret information rapidly
- Attention to details and the ability to comprehend information thoroughly and understand its significance
The role requires a high level of organisational skills to ensure the relevant legalities are carried out in the required timeframes, and a good working relationship with other parts of the organisation.
