Customer Services Team Administrator

We are recruiting for an exciting, varied administrative role based in St Albans where you will be working in a friendly, small team in beautiful offices.
This is a new role created because of the increase in workload so this is a great time for somebody to join who is brilliant at customer service, loves a challenge and is good at dealing with a number of tasks at the same time.
No task will be too big or too small and the team all work together. No day will be the same for the Team Administrator and the company will always help you to develop your skills, giving you more responsibility as you progress.

- **Hours:37.5 hour week with flexible start** (between 7.30am-9am-6pm), 7.5 hours per day

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Booking administration including raising purchase orders
- Data entry
- Reordering stock
- Writing files for installation and surveys
- Entering method statement onto internal database
- Creating delivery/collection notes
- Compiling operation and maintenance files
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Providing delivery dates to customers
**What the employer is looking for**:
- Previous office experience in a busy working environment within customer service or administration
- The ability to juggle lots of tasks at the same time
- A hands on, team player
- Internal database experience
- Microsoft Office
