**Full Time, Permanent Office Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ever-growing team at O Rings Ltd. who are part of a third-generation family run company, Oldham Seals Group.

**Then our Office Administrator position could be the role you are looking for**

Duties
- Telephone and written liaison with customers.
- Establishing customers’ requirements and providing quotations
- Processing sales orders and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication with suppliers relating to sales enquiries and orders.
- Stock management via the computerised system
- Log customers' information onto the system
- Following Policies, Practices, Company Procedures, and any other duties required by the business.

About you
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Software.
- Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- You will need strong numeracy skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively with others but can also work individually.
- Must be energetic, driven, and enthusiastic.
- Flexibility for low demand periods where other tasks may require support.
- Happy working in a busy environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour for lunch), Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (1/2 hour for lunch)

Pay: Ranging from £23k to £25k per annum

Throughout your time at O Rings Ltd, you will be supported with on-the-job training and development opportunities to further your career and self-progression.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
