**What the day will look like**

A 12-month FTC position is available, leading a client service delivery function with a span of approx. 100 colleagues across multiple locations in the UK, Krakow, and India, to support our Risk and Health UK business.

Every day is varied with a focus on colleagues, clients, and change.

Main role responsibilities:

- Governance of service standards and SLA performance across all locations
- Work with operational and business unit leaders to develop meaningful metrics for UK Health
- Act as escalation for client and people managements issues, guiding others to solutions.
- Own and oversee the UK Health Early years career apprenticeship program
- Minimum of 2 direct reports
- Work with the central operations team to Identify strategies to drive efficiency, improve margin and resource utilisation across the business.
- Build effective relationships with business leaders to ensure operational issues are resolved and key management activities are completed
- Lead transition projects across centres as appropriate.
- Identify and help execute on improvement opportunities to transform the operations and align with the global Aon model.
