**The Vacancy**

**The Role**
- Provide support to the delivery of transformation & grow projects and other change initiatives that impact Direct Distribution as a Subject Matter Expert (SME.)
- Support the Senior Project Lead by joining project meetings/ working groups to provide information, challenge, advice and support while achieving actions within agreed timescales.
- Coordinate and prioritise change requests from Direct Distribution colleagues and other business areas and submit requests through the appropriate channels.
- Support with the preparation of training and development material for any project changes or channel initiatives.
- Work with project and management stakeholders to identify and capture key business requirements across Direct Distribution. Research potential areas to grow the capability of the channel while ensuring all regulatory, legal and compliance requirements have been considered
- Support in identifying and implementing changes to processes and procedures that create capacity and efficiencies within Distribution.
- Support the successful delivery of business requirements and achievement of strategic goals including support to the Senior Project Lead in the transformation of the Distribution channel.
