We are currently recruiting a permanent Secretary/Admin Assistant to join our small electrical firm based in Bourton on the Water.

This job post will be based within their offices; it will involve direct secretarial support to the directors.

Purpose of job:
To manage the day to day running of the office. To handle and manage incoming calls. To open and deal with mail and deliveries, mail out post, and items for collection. To assist the Directors with their administrative and secretarial support

Main duties:

- Reception duties, including telephone answering and providing refreshments
- Arrange for distribution and delivery of post and deliveries
- Reception administration including organising petty cash, ordering of stationery
and other office requirements.
- Accurate matching/ typing of quotations, letters and forms
- Assisting with a filing
- Assist with preparing of invoices, and to organise banking of cheques
- Prepare and distribute statements and credit control letters
- Matching and inputting of supplier invoices
- Obtaining Annual insurance quotes

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
Essential
- Good reception skills with excellent telephone manner
- Good secretarial, typing and administrative skills
- Professional and personable manner
- Good communicator, confident dealing with a wide range of contacts including clients
- Flexibility and willingness to help
- Efficient and accurate with good attention to detail
Desirable
- Ability to organise and take initiative
- Some accounts experience
- Energetic and pro-active
- Eager to improve and to develop the role and own skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: From £1,000.00 per month
