A superb opportunity for an experienced Administrator to be part of a prestigious organisation located in the heart of Cheltenham. You will have excellent organisation and administration skills. This an extremely varied role, in which every day will be different, so having a proactive approach is key

We are ideally seeking someone who has law, professional services, accountancy, financial services, or real estate experience within an administrative role.

**The role**:

- Co-ordinate support for client projects.
- Get stuck in with all areas of the business including Sales and Marketing with preparation of pitches, presentations, and events.
- Take an active role in relationship management and client care.
- Arrange client meetings and ensure efficient responses to written and verbal client queries.
- Take internal and external telephone queries, passing onto the relevant departments.
- Liaise with the Finance team in relation to invoices, expenses, client billing and accounts.
- Diary management and coordination.

**Key skills required**:

- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Computer literate on all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service experience.
- Proactive Team Player.
- Highly organised.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £26,499.00-£28,000.00 per year
