**JOB TITLE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Part time)**
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Works Closely with**: Foremen
**Location**: Company base (Shurdington) **Salary**: £26,500 - Pro Rata 20 hours

Emotive Landscapes is a small but fast-growing garden design and build company working throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. We design and build gardens that are uniquely tailored to each of our client’s specific needs, tastes, and lifestyles. These gardens are built with the highest quality workmanship and finished to the best possible standard with the objective of providing our clients many years of enjoyment. Great customer service and communication are at the heart of everything we do and are key to delivering our clients with a first-class landscaping experience, from initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished garden and beyond.
**Job Purpose**:
Under the general supervision and guidance of the Managing Director, to be responsible for the effective business administration, HR Functions, general office, and facilities management.
**Key Knowledge**:
- Some knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
- Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A ‘hands on’ approach to tasks
- Ability to take on and accept full responsibility for own actions
- Positive attitude to self-development and learning new tasks
- Ability to develop and implement improved working practices within the business
**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the company’s client database
- Responding to enquiries and directing them to the appropriate member of staff
- Responding to client enquiries and taking a brief for potential projects
- Maintaining supplies of stationery and office equipment
- Management of the supplier library data and filing of paperwork as required
- Support the recruitment process & onboarding of new starters.
- Support the operational staff with material ordering, supplier management and operational needs as required _._
- Fleet Management - scheduling MOT and servicing of a small fleet of vehicles
- Monitoring absence and holiday requests
- Managing and issuing uniform and PPE
- Diary management for Garden Maintenance team and MD
- Knowledge of financial administration
- To carry out such duties as are required and as are commensurate with the grade of post

**Salary**: £26,500 pro rata £13,250
