Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. This is an administrative role, responsible for providing support to our facilities management team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that our office environment is safe, efficient, and welcoming for our clients and staff.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including preparing documents and reports.
- Assist with the coordination of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas for improvement and maintenance needs.
- Handle budget management, including cost control, procurement of supplies, and forecasting expenses for facility management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- An understanding of basic building systems and operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
