Job Summary

We are a recruitment agency seeking an administrative assistant to join our small team based in the Cheltenham area. The successful candidate will provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires advanced IT skills and experience in administration.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing administrative support within the housing and property development sector
  2. Being the first point of contact for customers via email and phone
  3. Handling Microsoft Office tools efficiently
  4. Supporting the office team
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in administration and advanced IT skills. A confident user of Microsoft Excel is also essential.

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly individual who can work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this part-time role is circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata). In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy flexible working hours.
