Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant for Office Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include handling post duties, call overflow and reception cover. You will also be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, maintaining office supplies and assisting with IT troubleshooting.

In addition to these tasks, you will work on administrative duties like scanning, file management and data projects. You will also support office projects, including process reviews and system tidying. Working closely with the Business & Operations Manager, you may be involved in various projects such as office clear out, reviewing processes and creating process & procedure documents, facilities management projects and data gathering.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle post duties and provide exceptional customer service
  2. Assist with IT troubleshooting, equipment setup and manage technical issues
  3. Work on administrative tasks like scanning, file management and data projects
  4. Support office projects, including process reviews and system tidying
  5. Collaborate with the Business & Operations Manager on various projects
