**What you will be doing**
As a member of Policy Expert’s Compliance team, the Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team with the day-to-day administration and reporting of the Compliance function.
You will also be a highly motivated individual who can be an effective communicator, analytical and enjoy working with volumes of data. You will like working in a regulated environment and excel working in an evolving business with the ability to adapt to change.
**The main responsibilities of the role:
- **
- Provide extensive administrative and clerical support in a busy Compliance Department
- Prepare and distribute a wide range of documentation including correspondence
- Provide Company Secretary administrative support.
- Support the business by administrating Company Policies and ensuring they are kept up to date.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date.
- Manage and update our Contract Management System - Borganised
- Support the Compliance Team with delivery team goals, including contributing to corporative objectives
- Effective diary management, ensuring meetings are well organised and the Group Head of Compliance’s time is prioritised appropriately
- Support and promote the culture of compliance within the business
**The core attributes we would value in this role are**:
- Company Secretary experience
- Compliance admin experience
- Financial services experience
- Experience using diligent entities systems or familiarity with data entry, use of databases and record keeping
- Aware and familiar of quality / compliance within the FCA industry is advantageous
- The ability to adapt personal style to suit the audience
- Team play with strong communication skills
- Strong administration experience
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
