**We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Administrator to join our Guest Experience team on a full-time permanent basis. Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences? Join our Vardy Central Guest Experience team and be part of an exciting journey where we believe in making it right (MIR) for every guest As a Guest Experience Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive a five-star experience from the moment they connect with us. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of making every interaction remarkable**.

**What you will be doing**:

- Monitor dept inbox, review sites, OEM survey portals.
- Collate data and provide insights into common issues.
- Daily reports: Sales and aftersales CSI, Delivery performance, MIR cases.
- Support VC Guest Experience Manager.
- Receiving guest complaint calls, handling first response and determining next appropriate action.
- Logging on MIR system and resolving if possible or assign to relevant colleague at site.
- Monitoring progress of MIR cases and escalating through tier process.
- Coordinating with finance companies and compliance for regulated complaints (training provided).
- Guest Experience projects including initiatives for increasing CSI.
- Occasional site support if required.

**What will you need**:

- Experience working a telephone-based complaints/customer service role
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to adapt to change and differing business demands
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- A good listener
- Organised and exceptional attention detail
- Team player
