Toro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of the energy industry, committed to sustainable practices and innovation. As they near the end of an exciting Energy from Waste project they are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join the team for a 6-month contract.
As a Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the completion of an Energy from Waste project. The primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the scanning and organisation of approximately 12,000 project-related documents onto our clients database. This role will contribute directly to the success of the project by ensuring seamless access to critical information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Document Scanning: Oversee the scanning process of 12,000 project documents onto the designated database.
- Database Management: Work closely with the Document Controller to organise and categorise scanned documents within the database for easy retrieval.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Collaboration: Liaise with various project teams to gather and verify document information, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document scanning and database management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Key Information**:
- This position is a 6-month contract.
- Location: Sunbury on Thames
- Hourly Rate: £15.30 per hours (PAYE Via Umbrella)
- Contract due to commence in January
- Monday to Friday
