Invincible Drain Care Ltd is one of the largest independent plumbing and drainage service providers in the UK. Undertaking Planned and emergency work throughout the UK, providing a single point solution for all drainage and waste water plumbing requirements.

**Principle Responsibilities/Duties**
- Co-ordinate the collation of information and footage. Liaise with other staff members for verification of information as required. Create a report as per customer requirements and company procedures. Ensure prompt delivery of report and associated documents to customers;
- Process all data into the database to include but not limited to the following; survey, manhole report, condition report, plans and any additional details relating to the specific report;
- Produce detailed drainage plans;
- Ensure that the documentation is processed in a timely manner, liaise with Account Managers to ensure completeness and despatch to clients accordingly;
- Respond to any internal or external queries relating to the above;
- Conduct research and development into the CCTV reporting and delivery process to implement continuous improvement and efficiencies of the process;
- Liaise with the Operations departments to develop internal systems and identify areas for improvement within the business;
- When and where required, support the Operations in their day to day activities as directed by the National Administrative Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
