**About the role**

You’ll support us by leading on Statutory Compliance for our Corporate Property Services team and play a key role in helping us to deliver a best-in-class service to our property portfolio.
- Main duties and responsibilities:_
- To ensure compliance with statutory and procedural processes within Property Services and keeping all buildings operating in a safe manor.
- Review and recommend changes to policy, strategy and procedures so as to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice.
- To carry out risk assessments on existing stock identifying compliance issues and providing solutions.
- To ensure up to date knowledge on Health and Safety legislation and procedures and ensure this is widely disseminated amongst staff.
- To lead by example and provide a professional service, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
