Compliance and PPM Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Compliance and PPM Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing compliance administration related to contracts, while also providing support to compliance and technical teams in the collection of necessary certifications. The ideal candidate will manage compliance document control systems, ensuring that all documentation is processed correctly and maintained in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with SFG20 utilizing Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to compile statutory certifications and documentation.
- Oversee the document control process for statutory certifications and relevant documentation.
- Assess incoming certifications and documentation for quality assurance.
- Track and communicate remedial actions through CAFM.
- Evaluate the compliance performance of the hard facilities management service team.
- Prepare and disseminate compliance and PPM reports.
- Offer administrative assistance to various teams as required.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled in data manipulation, especially in Excel.
- Fundamental understanding of statutory compliance and SFG20 standards.
- Experience in PPM planning using CAFM systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and knowledge of PPM deliverables.
- Aspirations to advance into asset management or a compliance leadership role.
- Possession of IOSH Managing Safety or equivalent certification.
- Holding IWFM or an equivalent certification at any level.
- Familiarity with PowerBi is advantageous.
