About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with shareholder requirements, monitoring health and safety regulations, and overseeing block management compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with health and safety regulations, including gas safety and fire risk assessments.
  • Oversee block management compliance, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations and best practice guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance violations or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations, updating practices to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
