**Position: Sales Assistant**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them with their inquiries and providing expert advice on motorcycles, accessories, and related products.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Transform job cards into invoices using our system
- looking up parts using the latest software.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for motorcycles and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Our current working times are monday to friday 09:00-17:30

saturdays 09:00-15:00 not every saturday is a must however this needs to be worked out between the team.

MOT testers liscence would be a bonus however we can put you though the course.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 48.5 per week
