We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to cover our site in Grantchester at the weekends. In this standalone role, you will be responsible for delivering our Taste It and Make It Classes to groups of up to 12 people, providing product recommendations and processing sales payments, as well as some administrative support. You will receive full training for this but a outgoing personality is a bonus for this role.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Hosting our TASTE IT and MAKE IT classes to groups of customers to a high level of presentation and enthusiasm.
- Greeting customers, providing product recommendations and processing payments
- Engraving Cambridge Distillery bottles, using the Company’s specialized engraving machine.
- Processing and fulfilling online orders, using Shopify, and dispatching via our preferred courier service.
- Assembling and packaging samples to a high level of customisation and execution
- Ensuring the building is clean and tidy
- Answering incoming calls to Cambridge Distillery and re-directing as appropriate
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting at Cambridge Distillery events with our Master Distiller
- Regular stocktaking of our Distillery Shop
- Replenishing facilities supplies e.g., stationery, cleaning products, glassware etc.
- Providing administrative support to our marketing, commercial and export teams
- Supporting our other site in with ordering supplies, customer enquiries, general admin

Please note:
This role involves lone working on Saturdays and Sundays.

**The Person**

With previous hospitality or retail experience, you will play an essential role in delivering first-class experience to Cambridge Distillery customers, so it is essential you are confident in a people facing role.

Ideally you will have some experience of public speaking, but more important is that you have a keen interest in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers and a passion for our products.
